It lasts for 15 minutes and it is recommended that you listen to it at least once per day, ideally just before bedtime as this gives you the most time for the affirmations to 'marinade' in your unconscious without conscious interference. I find that twice per day is the optimum number of times with the other listening being early in the morning. Ultimately though, it is what works best for you.
