Your Deep Relaxation Affirmations Audio

Hi Shanaka, here is your first personalized Quadaural Audio.  It consists of a deep relaxation session to your special place where you will hear all your affirmations.  The audio also includes a unique Quadaural backing track as well as two further subliminal tracks of your affirmations playing at different timings into both ears.

It lasts about 24 minutes and requires headphones.  Obviously do not listen to it whilst driving or doing anything that requires your full attention!

To get the most from the audio, listen to it once per day for the next two weeks.  It is also helpful to pick a different affirmation each day to focus on consciously.  Write it on sticky notes.... find ways to think about it as often as you can.... driving to work....  whatever..... say it as often as you can :-)

Obviously it is yours to keep and listen to as often as you like.  Maybe i'll produce a version for you which excludes the exam related affirmations so you can still use it beyond August 9th? :-)

Studying!  :-)

It has been proven through various research over the last few decades that the optimal state for learning and retaining information is the Alpha brainwave state.  I presume that through your practice of the Silva Method that this is something you know.  Do you do a brief meditation before you begin studying?

As a suggestion, I would recommend listening to a few minutes of the 'Just Sound' audio below before you begin any study period.  Just focus on your breathing.... maybe imagine the healing energy from the Universe as you breath in and out...... and the magical wave releasing tension from your body.... and count down from 10 to 1.... then take yourself to your special place.... get comfy..... think of a study based affirmation..... and then open your eyes and begin studying.

Another suggestion which has also been proven to work and that is by attaching a smell or an aroma to your studying.  Our olfactory sense is hugely powerful when it comes to remembering.  If you have a small bottle of perfume or fragrance with you when you study.... or an orange or lemon.... whatever feels appropriate..... obviously something with a distinctive smell... then take it in to the exam with you and smell it before you begin and several times during the exam :-)
