Here is the Self Love trance-affirmations audio.
You can listen to it online or download it to a device. It lasts about 14 minutes and all you have to do is find somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down, take a few deep breaths and listen.
Before you start, its helpful to check in with yourself about how you feel about yourself. Then listen to the audio once or twice a day for at least least seven days and then check back in with yourself. Twice a day is ideal, first thing in the morning and last thing at night but obviously it has to fit in with your life :-)
This trance-affirmations technique is something I've developed following the findings of various research projects including one by a team from the Universities of Waterloo and New Brunswick which show that normal positive affirmations frequently don't work and can in fact, be harmful. The problem is that the conscious affirmation conflicts with the unconscious programming of the individual. My approach ensures that the affirmations are accepted by both the conscious and unconscious minds. This results in balance.
It's helpful not to have any expectations.... just plug in the earphones and listen.
Do NOT listen whilst driving or operating machinery or doing anything that requires your full attention.
