Hi Paul, here are my notes from our Timeline session on Wednesday...

Timeline Session 23/1/2019
The aim of the session was to get back to the original event/situation which was the root cause of your anxiety/depression/low mood. Your unconscious mind remembers everything from the moment you are born and even before. Everything you see, hear, feel, taste, smell. When you access your unconscious mind, you can ask it to take you back to that event even though your conscious mind might not remember it or see it as the original event.
So the first part of the session was to help you to access your unconscious mind by taking you on a journey to build your ideal property and find your Timeline room.
When you went back on your Timeline you went back to the age of 5. you were in the playground at school. It was your first day at school and you'd been dropped off and the school gates separated you from your parents. You felt lonely and miserable. You felt disconnected from your parents. You could tell that they felt it too. You were about to enter into a world that you didn't know or understand.
I asked you as an adult to give advice to the 5 year old you just before that situation in the playground and it was...
Be happy... wave at your parents... see the situation for what it is... it is a learning tool... absorb and join in... feel part of it all... embrace it all...
After you'd given the 5 year old Paul this advice, you took him through that event and out the other side.
Now he felt better and confident... eager to go and get involved... he felt tall and not sinking into the background... he understood what was going on and felt happy and full of energy...
You then merged into that younger you and felt all those good feelings...
Moving forward to the present again you felt empowered and bold... confident to face what lies ahead and able to deal with it in the right full on manner... able to say things thoughtfully and calmly...
Moving forward into the future... one day... to meeting with your architect... you felt confident about making it happen as you envision it... the cost of the job is a good deal and you feel confident in being able to make it happen...
Moving forward 12 months into the future... you feel great... you've had some good holidays... the Brinsop is finished and behind you... it was successful and all the units have been sold... it's been a good achievement... You have no financial worries... the accounts have been finalised... and you are doing more projects... you are happy, healthy and you have a lean and slender body...
Moving forward to 2024... you have land in Harwood and have planning permission... you've bought other properties and land... you bought and are developing the house next door to Lakelands... you are feeling good... something else needs to be in this 4 year plan but not sure what... you are not putting things off... you just get things done...

The 'Build Your Property' Audio for Relaxation, Creativity and Problem-Solving
This is the 'Build your Property' audio as promised.
It has been developed by me over the past ten years and involves two intertwined backing tracks to enhance your relaxation experience.
Before you begin listening to the audio, I'd like you to think of a scale from zero to 10. Zero is completely stressed and 10 is completely relaxed. What number are you now? Remember that number. And at the end of the audio, think of that scale again and the number you have got to. I was working with a client a few years ago and he started at 4 and at the end he said he had got to 25! :-)
Find somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down.
Make sure you've got headphones.
Make sure you won't be disturbed for half an hour or so.
Definitely don't listen to the audio whilst driving or operating heavy machinery!

The audio takes you to the place where you build your ideal property..... your dream home in your dream location. This becomes a place where you can return again and again.... to relax.... or to do a variety of processes to support you in getting the most out of your life.
What we can use this space for is virtually limitless.
We all have huge inner resources which we can learn to access..... and this audio is the beginning of that journey.
One aspect of the work we will be doing together is to train your mind to be able to access these resources at will and use them for any purpose you choose. There is a classic mind power book called 'Think and Grow Rich' by Napoleon Hill in 1937. One chapter explores something he calls his Mastermind Group. I think you'll find it really beneficial and we'll discuss at some point in the near future. The book is well worth a read! You can get it as an audio book as well, I believe.

Morning Meditation
Here are the details of my morning meditation routine. It has six steps and can be completed in 10-15 minutes.
You can either do it in bed before you get up or maybe find a comfy chair and do it there but the main aim is to do it as soon after waking up as possible whilst the brain is still in that relaxed, meditative state. You might want to have some spiritual music playing softly in the background...
Step 1 - Love & Compassion
Love and compassion are powerful positive emotions and are diametrically opposed to negative emotions such as fear, stress and anxiety. The way the brain is structured means that similar memories, emotions, feeling etc. get linked in the same neural networks. This means if you start thinking of negative things you can get stuck in that mode which can lead to a negative, unhappy day! It's therefore very beneficial to start the day focusing the mind on good stuff! So here is the routine for this first step:
a) Imagine you are surrounded by a bubble of white light and this bubbled is filled with love and compassion for you. Feel how that feels.
b) Imagine that bubble expanding to fill the entire room and then the house. Anyone in the room/house is infused with that love and compassion.
c) The bubble expands further to include the area where you live, the town, further afield, to include family, friends and anyone within the bubble.
d) The bubble expands even further to include the entire country and then the planet. This step finishes with your bubble of love and compassion filling the whole planet. Just pause briefly to feel how that feels.
Step 2 - Gratitude
Both this step and the third step (forgiveness) are proven to create a powerful state which attracts good stuff into your life. So here you just think about the things you feel grateful for. Maybe just two or three... or more if you feel inspired. The important point here is to get into the feeling of gratitude. There are many things that I feel grateful for but if I want to really the power of gratitude, I just need to think about my fiance and how grateful I am to have her in my life. That is one powerful feeling!!! :-)
Step 3 - Forgiveness
This is a really powerful energy and is all about letting stuff go. forgive people who have wronged you are let you down, whether it's recently or years ago... you can forgive a kid who bullied you at school several decades ago! Forgive big things and forgive little things. And forgive yourself!!!
Step 4 - Future Dreaming
Take a few minutes to imagine yourself as already having achieved your ideal life, whatever that may be. Do it in rich sensory detail. What you see, hear, feel, taste and smell! This will give your unconscious mind and the Universe clear instructions with regards to what you are aiming for. Most people, if they do this part often do it only occasionally. It's important to do it every day as part of this meditation. Obviously when you've done it a few times, it becomes second nature... the important point is to tune into the amazing feelings of this future 'you'.
Step 5 - Your Perfect Day
This step involves visualising your upcoming day, focusing on the positives and it turning out perfectly. EXPECT the day to turn out well and that you will handle every situation with a positive mental attitude... the people you will be meeting etc. Visualise the whole day going amazingly well... anything that isn't quite as you'd hoped, just know that you'll deal with as constructively as possible.
Step 6 - The Blessing
This final stage is feeling the support from a higher source, whatever that might mean for you. Whether it's the Universe, the energies from loved ones who have passed or something else. Imagine the energy from that higher source coming down to connect with you via a shaft of white light. It enters your body at the top of your head... your crown... and then fills your entire body... your entire body is infused with this powerful, supportive white light.
The meditation is now complete and you can go about your day knowing that you've given yourself the best possible start! It's going to be a good day!!!
