Sleep Audio V2

This is an adaptation of the chick singing sleep audio. It's got me at the beginning just saying a few words to help get your brainwaves to start slowing down. I also thought that it was important that you went to bed with me as well as waking up with me. Sorry Sian.

Hi Paul, great to see you this morning and here is the webpage as promised.

​On this webpage you'll find (1) My ideal Life notes, (2) The Morning Meditation details including the audio, (3) The audio of 'Build Your Property' and (4) two audios to help you with your sleep.

There is obviously a lot here and clearly it won't be possible for you to download all the audios and do all the work in one evening!!! So you could start by downloading one of the sleep audios and take it from there. Maybe read through the whole page and decide on the best approach for you. Any questions, give me a shout.

Start by doing your ideal life exercise because you can then easily use it in the Morning Meditation. (It would actually be interesting to get Sian to do the exercise independently and then you can compare! 

Then listen to the Morning Meditation first think in the morning. It only takes about thirteen minutes.

I've included the 'Build Your Property' audio so that if you feel inspired to experience again what we did this morning, then you can. It takes about 28 minutes and gives you a few minutes in your ideal property just to chill or use the time for whatever you want. The more you practice getting into this inner place, the easier it will get and the shorter time it will take to get there. Judging by your receptiveness to my approach, I expect you to go on to the second version quite quickly which is 15 minutes duration.
(1) MY IDEAL LIFE
We talked about getting clear on what you want your ideal life to look like. 

Put some time aside to write a few paragraphs detailing your ideal life and how it looks. All the various aspects of your life in rich sensory detail... everything that you see, hear, feel, taste and smell. Write it as if you already have it. Your business life, your personal life, anything and everything that is relevant!

Maybe you could use a process called the Passion Test. List ten or so things that you want to have in your ideal life. Number them and then go through the sorting process; compare number one with number two on the basis that if you could only have one of them, which would it be? Work your way through the list until you have them in order of priority. You will have a Top 5. These are the most important things for you and it is equally important to keep them in your mind so that on a daily basis, every time you are faced with a decision, you choose in favour of your Passions. Your results will always match your true intentions.

The purpose of doing this is because it is important to be really clear on the big picture... what your objectives are. When you are really clear, your unconscious mind (and the Universe!) has the instructions it needs to be able to help make it happen. This clarity means that your unconscious mind can focus its energy on the present moment and it knows why it it doing whatever it is! For example if you are practising your bunker play, your unconscious mind will know that it is really important because it'll mean you can regularly get up and down to save par therefore make better scores to win tournaments...

And when you are thinking about all the amazing things that are going to be doing in your life, always add the phrase, 'this or something better!' This is because the Universe might actually have even bigger plans for you! For example, you might be envisioning winning a major but the Universe is planning for you to win the grand slam of majors!

When you are clear on your ideal life, you can use it in your morning meditation. If you haven't had time to get totally clear on your ideal life, don't worry... just be clear on a couple of aspects of it for now.

(2) MORNING MEDITATION
There are six steps and I've included an explanation so you have an idea what to expect.  It also includes brainwave entrainment backing tracks to help make the experience even more powerful. You can listen to it directly from this webpage or you can download it on to your phone.

For reference, here are the details of the morning meditation routine:

Step 1 - Love & Compassion
Love and compassion are powerful positive emotions and are diametrically opposed to negative emotions such as fear, stress and anxiety. The way the brain is structured means that similar memories, emotions, feeling etc. get linked in the same neural networks. This means if you start thinking of negative things you can get stuck in that mode which can lead to a negative, unhappy day! It's therefore very beneficial to start the day focusing the mind on good stuff! So here is the routine for this first step:
a) Imagine you are surrounded by a bubble of white light and this bubbled is filled with love and compassion for you. Feel how that feels.
b) Imagine that bubble expanding to fill the entire room and then the house. Anyone in the room/house is infused with that love and compassion.
c) The bubble expands further to include the area where you live, the town, further afield, to include family, friends and anyone within the bubble.
d) The bubble expands even further to include the entire country and then the planet. This step finishes with your bubble of love and compassion filling the whole planet. Just pause briefly to feel how that feels.

Step 2 - Gratitude
Both this step and the third step (forgiveness) are proven to create a powerful state which attracts good stuff into your life. So here you just think about the things you feel grateful for. Maybe just two or three... or more if you feel inspired. The important point here is to get into the feeling of gratitude. There are many things that I feel grateful for but if I want to really the power of gratitude, I just need to think about my fiance and how grateful I am to have her in my life. That is one powerful feeling!!! :-)

Step 3 - Forgiveness
This is a really powerful energy and is all about letting stuff go. Forgive people who have wronged you or have let you down, whether it's recently or years ago... you can forgive a kid who bullied you at school several decades ago! Forgive big things and forgive little things. You can forgive an employee who is falling short in some way at work. (This doesn't stop you needing to sort out the problem whether it is providing better training/management, getting them to step up or piss off!) And forgive yourself!!! 

Step 4 - Future Dreaming
Take a few minutes to imagine yourself as already having achieved your ideal life, whatever that may be. Do it in rich sensory detail. What you see, hear, feel, taste and smell! This will give your unconscious mind and the Universe clear instructions with regards to what you are aiming for. Most people, if they do this part often do it only occasionally. It's important to do it every day as part of this meditation. Obviously when you've done it a few times, it becomes second nature... the important point is to tune into the amazing feelings of this future 'you'.

Step 5 - Your Perfect Day
This step involves visualising your upcoming day, focusing on the positives and it turning out perfectly. EXPECT the day to turn out well and that you will handle every situation with a positive mental attitude... the people you will be meeting etc. Visualise the whole day going amazingly well... anything that isn't quite as you'd hoped, just know that you'll deal with as constructively as possible.

Step 6 - The Blessing
This final stage is feeling the support from a higher source, whatever that might mean for you. Whether it's the Universe, the energies from loved ones who have passed or something else. Imagine the energy from that higher source coming down to connect with you via a shaft of white light. It enters your body at the top of your head... your crown... and then fills your entire body... your entire body is infused with this powerful, supportive white light. (This might sound a bit woo woo, Paul but just go with it! ;-))

The meditation is now complete and you can go about your day knowing that you've given yourself the best possible start! It's going to be a good day!!!

(3) build your property audio
The purpose of listening to this audio several times is to educate your brain to access the 'Gateway to Flow' brainwave range more and more easily. The next step will then be for you to listen to a shorter version of the audio and then an even shorter version. 

This audio has been developed by me over the past ten years and involves two intertwined backing tracks to enhance the experience.
Before you begin listening to the audio, I'd like you to think of a scale from zero to 100.  Zero is completely stressed and 100 is completely relaxed.  What number are you now?  Remember that number.  And at the end of the audio, think of that scale again and the number you have got to.  I was working with a client a few years ago and he started at 40 and at the end he said he had got to 250! :-)
Find somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down.
Make sure you've got headphones.
Make sure you won't be disturbed for half an hour or so.
Definitely don't listen to the audio whilst driving or operating heavy machinery!
You can download the audio to a device or listen to it directly from this webpage.
The audio takes you to the place where you build your ideal property..... your dream home in your dream location.  This becomes a place where you can return again and again.... to relax.... or to do a variety of processes to support you in getting the most out of your life. 
What we can use this space for is virtually limitless.
We all have huge inner resources which we can learn to access..... and this audio is the beginning of that journey.
One aspect of the work we are doing together is to train your mind to be able to access these resources at will and use them to improve every aspect of your life.
So sit/lie back, turn the audio on and enjoy!

(4) Better Sleep AUDIOS
I've uploaded two audios for you to check out. 

Do you have a 'pre-bed' routine? Do you and Sian go to bed at the same time? It might be an idea for you an Sian to sit down quietly before bed, have Audio 2 playing in the background, sip a bedtime type drink and just chat through both your days. Maybe share things you are grateful for...

Audio 1

Here is the first audio to help you with your sleep. It's the rainstorm one with the brainwave entrainment backing tracks. I'd recommend headphones or earphones to get the best experience which at some point you'll probably just discard. I find that most clients don't get to the end of the track and stir a bit to find that the track has stopped so they just remove the headphones and go back to sleep. 

Alternatively you can use speakers, if Sian doesn't mind the sound of it. Which ever way... and you can try both... have the volume on low so you can just hear it. Ultimately there is no right or wrong... play around with it to find what works best for you.

Audio 2

Here is the second audio. This is a bit different. It's still got the brainwave entrainment tracks embedded into the audio but this has got some quite special singing. I won't say any more (don't worry, it's not me... that would give you nightmares!!!) just keep an open mind and let go!

You get the best experience by using head/earphones but listening to the audio via speakers is still good. You could have it playing in the background as you are getting ready to sleep.
