I've put this private webpage together for you to provide you with a brief insight into flowppa and Flow, the peak performance state. The programmes which I've put together are the culmination of fourteen years of my own research and experience of Flow, as well as that of scientists and psychologists from around the world. Please digest the contents of this page and then maybe check out the whole website. I'd be delighted to discuss with you further as appropriate. Regards. Nick Lees
Flow is the peak performance state where we feel our best and perform our best. Richard Branson is a strong advocate for it and says that in two hours in Flow, he can achieve tremendous things. Major corporations are investing in it as are military organisations and elite athletes are discovering that it could be the thing that gives them the edge! Check out the background to Flow here.
I am convinced that for any organisation to have a strategy to make Flow an integral part its activities is crucial in order to gain a competitive edge in such a challenging and changing commercial environment. Many high performing executives access flow without realising it. What if you know exactly what Flow is, what triggers it and how to implement it into your business?
One crucial feature of the programmes is the use of neuro feedback technology which allows us to apply serious metrics where once was only subjective experience. See tools
Our objectives are simple:
- To help people to feel their best and perform their best by bringing to the world the latest in Flow science and technology in the form of tailored individual and group programmes.
- To partner with forward thinking organisations to explore the steps towards implementing a Flow culture.
Our objectives with regards to a law firm are:
- To partner with you to explore the steps towards implementing a Flow based culture in your firm. (Most successful firms will most likely have certain Flow elements integrated into the business already, as well as having certain individuals already operating in Flow for various periods of time.) This could include:
-a pilot programme involving certain partners and managers.
-a pilot programme involving a group of individuals or a specific team.
-followed by exploration of how it could be rolled out more widely. For example, it could be part of an induction programme for any new recruit to the firm.
- For you to sponsor/partner with us in running a Flow programme involving members of your firm, your clients and potential clients. Obviously it will involve building and strengthening relationships.
Our Commitment To You
If you decide to retain flowppa to design and operate a programme with your firm, this would be an exclusive arrangement and we would agree not to work with any other law firm or competitor for the duration of the programme.
