Hi there. I hope you are enjoying being in India.
It's a big week. Mark, Warren and I all believe in you. It's important that you dream big and believe in yourself.
And whilst it is essential to have those dreams (I've done an audio for you called 'Kiran the Superstar!'), ultimately it all comes down to being able to be fully present in the moment and find your flow.
Here are the audios:-
The first one is the full journey to your property followed by some new affirmations... it's a good one for when you want to relax and have some positive input :-). It lasts about 25 mins.
This second audio has the same affirmations as the first but is a shortened journey to your property and lasts about 14 mins.
The third one is really important because it is installing and reinforcing 'Kiran the Superstar' into your unconscious mind. It is the shortened journey to your property and then the process. Add in your own detail, eg. TV interview maybe... be creative and have fun!
This next one is the shortened journey to your property followed by 12 mins of just the sounds of the audio backing tracks. This will allow time to do a variety of things including:-
(1) practicing your TELL routine with particular emphasis on the transition from 'Think' phase to 'Execute' phase where you are stepping into your bubble from outside of it and really feeling the shift from beta to alpha/theta. (close your eyes, two really deep breaths, say your word and tap the ground with your club). Also focus on a powerful visualisation of the shot, the target and you hitting the shot. Remember both Jack Nicklaus and Jason Day NEVER step up to the ball to hit the actual shot until they are happy with that visualisation!
(2) On the morning of a round, running through a visualisation of that round, maybe similar to the 'Kiran the Superstar' process or your own version of it. Remember there is no right or wrong way of doing this, follow your instinct!
(3) Use it as an after round review where you can Learn & Let go of the whole round.
(4) Anything else you might think of! :-)
And this final one is simply 20 mins of the backing tracks with no words. It could be useful for a variety of purposes. You could have it on before a practice session or even during, whether on the range or the putting green. You could have it playing whilst you take yourself on the journey to your property and then do some visualisation work, maybe your TELL routine. Play around with it... see what feels right for you.
And remember whilst you obviously want to do well this week, it is not life or death. Do your best to stay fully present and in the moment during the round. A good tip for doing this between shots is to use your five senses to focus on what is around you... what you see, hear, feel, taste, smell! and if you find unhelpful thoughts sneaking in from time to time, just acknowledge them and choose something different...
And one final thing...
Seamless! You can hardly tell it's two photos stuck together, can you? Ha ha!
