Here are the first couple of affirmations audios. Both versions are 20 mins long and have a download option as well as the ability to play directly from this webpage. 

These are the affirmations that you came up with. I've changed the order slightly and made a slight alteration to one affirmation. Yours was, 'I earn £100,000 per year'. I've changed it to, 'I earn in excess of £100,000 per year'. I didn't want you to limit yourself to only £100k!

As I mentioned on the phone, it is a good idea to pick an affirmation a day to focus on. You have ten affirmations so that would mean a ten day affirmations mini-program, which is an excellent starting point to this journey of ours.

I know it's only ten days but I've got something else to add to the mix. I'd like you to calibrate yourself for each affirmation before you start listening to the audios and then re-calibrate after ten days. One of the aspects to my programs is my desire to be able to quantify progress, whether it be subjective or objective. Obviously using the FocusBand brings in an objective element to my programs but for these affirmations audios it is going to be purely subjective.

Calibration Exercise
So, do this before you start and then doing it again after ten days.
Have a pen and paper or maybe the 'notes' section of your phone, whatever works for you.
Think of a scale between zero and 100. 
Zero is Disastrous, it couldn't be any worse!
100 is Perfection, it couldn't possibly be any better!
Now with your eyes closed, imagine that scale running in front of you from left to right, with the left hand side being zero and the right hand side being 100. 50 is obviously directly in front of you.
Take a couple of nice deep breaths
Think of your first affirmation:
'I am a successful person, in sport and business'
And now get a feel for where on the scale you are with regards to that affirmation right now. Does your attention naturally move to the left or to the right? What number do you see or feel? Write it down and then repeat for the second affirmation and so on.

After ten days when you re-calibrate, you simply repeat the exercise with the only change in that for each affirmation, think of the number that you originally came up with at the beginning of the program and then get a sense of how you feel about it now. Do you feel better about it, or worse and by how much? See/feel what the new number is and make a note of it.
