Although I have an impressive list of 'personal expertise' [ International Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, Peak Performance, Total Confidence, Maximum Motivation, Breaking Limiting Beliefs : arrowbreak.com ] - I AM first and foremost a human being on a life journey learning all the time. I believe this ongoing process of change makes me extremely valuable as a life-coach, far more than just my professional 'credentials' do. I have dealt with some very challenging issues in my own lifetime and have learnt first-hand what it takes to shift and move through layers of resistance with success.
I have spent over 15 years studying and researching the power of the mind and human performance, working with some of the world’s leading experts in the field. Currently I am drawn to helping people from the only place that feels right for me - from my heart. The human HEART holds the KEY to so much more than we currently perceive and acknowledge! My professional passion is helping people through a unique skill-set, one which also allows me to create personalized audio products for my clients utilizing the latest discoveries in quantum physics. These audios can access the programmes of the unconscious mind to create lasting change! People get significant breakthroughs by listening to these audios and I get a great deal of satisfaction from making them. The time, attention and care that goes into creating them is entirely worth it when they deliver such amazing results. For example, one of my clients came completely off her anti-depressants after listening to her tailor-made audios!
